Kanab is a small city in Utah, with several attractions of its own, but it’s also conveniently situated between several national parks, making it a great base when visiting. One of the places I discovered in my searches was Kanab, Utah. I was blown away by its unique formations, and this led me down the rabbit hole of seeing what else was in the area. In fact, I only stumbled on the idea of Utah after coming across a photo of Antelope Canyon in Arizona.
However, Utah is second only to Alaska and California in terms of the number of national parks within its borders, and this speaks well to its stunning natural landscapes and ample travel opportunities.
When I first told people we were going to Utah, it certainly raised a few eyebrows.
